I hope this finds you well on your journey.
Duration or definition. However it resonates with you is great, because I am not here to judge anyone.
Inspiring positive action is my game!
In my experience, wellness is a constant search for balance. Balancing life’s necessities: work, family, education, friends, hobbies and fun! I am sure I missed a few, so feel free to comment what areas I missed! 😉
Sharing is caring! I would absolutely love it if you shared with me: WHAT are YOUR interests in Holistic Health Care? I would love to know what YOU would like to read about!!
A lil’ about me:
My two favorite loves (besides singing and swimming in the ocean) are teaching holistic nutrition and coaching [guiding] people how to overcome their emotional blocks that get in the way of living a purpose driven, fulfilling life.
My journey has not been easy, and giving up is not an option in my mind. Some call me a surviver… and I am constantly working towards being a THRIVER!
Of course, these times we are facing with the quarantines, isolation, limited access, customer service declines, limited abilities to work, fears growing…patience thinning…
I have had to use ALL the holistic tools I have been learning cultivating and utilizing over the last 25 years to keep my mind stable, my heart happy, and my body strong.
Sure, I have had moments over the last several months were I felt isolated, sad, depressed, hurt, awkward, guilty, scared, even angry…and yet my inner tools are fast at work…and when I felt most lost, my support system (a good friend) stepped in to remind me that, “It’s going to be ok. Just take care of yourself.”
Yep, that’s what I have been telling my clients that have been freaking out… “When there’s so much chaos going on outside our homes, we must create our sanctuary inside our homes and take good care of ourselves.”
We are not responsible for other people’s choices or actions, only ourselves. If I don’t feel right about something, I get curious and ask myself, “What do I need right now to feel happy? better? whole?”
If this sparks an action you know you need to take (to take care of you), please feel free to share*/comment*.
Your shares* will inspire others!
My POSITIVE ACTION intention is to recreate my fitness routine. For two weeks my schedule shifted and I found myself sleeping in on cold mornings, and missing my workout routine. I have been diving into working on my course portal while at my computer. (classes are coming soon!)
After two weeks of being off my routine, my back and neck are screaming at me! So getting up to walk, stretch & do my postural exercises are part of my daily routine now… I started yesterday!
So tell me, “What do YOU need do, or change, or eliminate right now to feel happy? better? whole?
Thank you for reading my first blog – I hope you have enjoyed it!
